Peppa Pups is pleased to offer a HEALTH GUARANTEE as follows:


 

Within one (1) year of receiving your puppy, you may be eligible for either:

 

  1. Up to a $500.00 USD reimbursement for any treatment of a congenital defect/condition as outlined below in the 'What's Covered' section (the puppy must still be living)   OR

  2. A replacement puppy of similar breed, gender, color (timeframe will vary based on availability and seasonality) if your puppy has passed away due to any of the outlined conditions resulting in death in the 'What's Covered' section

 

 


WHAT'S COVERED

  • Congenital heart defects (Scale 4+)

  • Congenital organ failure or defect resulting in death

TIMELINE

  • One (1) Year from the time of pick up (all supporting documentation must be submitted within this one-year timeframe for eligibility)

HEALTH EXAMINATIONS

  • Every Peppa Pup is subject to a series of health examinations by a licensed veterinarian prior to travel

  • This includes a final veterinary inspection performed by the Official Veterinary Inspection Agency of S. Korea, a government body who regulates the safe and humane exportation of live animals

    • The officials will provide their seal of approval once the puppy is deemed 'fit to fly' based on a variety of requirements, including but not limited to: proof of age at the time of flight (the puppy must be at least 4 months old to be deemed safe to travel) via dental inspection; weight; supporting veterinary documentation (including proof of Rabies vaccination no less than 30 days prior to travel); overall health and condition of the puppy​

CORE VACCINATIONS

  • Every Peppa Pup will receive its Core Vaccinations prior to travel (may include Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Rabies, *Bordetella/Kennel Cough) *if needed

  • Deworming (including external and internal treatment as needed)

  • Your veterinarian may suggest additional/optional vaccinations during your puppy's initial examination, and is ultimately at your discretion (each country will have different vaccine requirements)

FLIGHT TO DESTINATION CITY/AIRPORT

  • Included in the puppy's purchase price is a one-segment flight to your destination city/airport

  • Please speak with us to see if our preferred airline partners are able to safely transport your puppy to the desired destination airport prior to reservation
